If the ancient Mayan civilization could build a killer ditch spot, it would probably look a lot like this. nestled in the hills of El Paso Texas this Stilling Basin was cleverly designed by forward thinking engineers to be fully skate-able. While it's primary function is flood protection for the city of El Paso, this spot has made it into famous skate videos time and time again for its obvious unique-ness.
